  • Supported brand marketing team through transition in leadership: Provided guidance, support, and strategic thought for team and existing leadership. Also created and oversaw 8-week transition plan to onboard new social media manager.

  • Managed Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn for 5 month contract. Briefed creative content to graphic designer, compiled monthly performance reports, and carried out community management for all social channels.

  • During my 5 month contract, I increased YoY revenue from organic social by +2,145%, YoY traffic driven to parksprojet.us from organic social by +1,900%, and new users to parksproject.us by +1,860%.

    Additionally, I increased AVG engagement on social channels every month for 4 consecutive months.
